How long does a project take?
A Starter page usually goes live in about a week. A Standard site takes 2 to 3 weeks. Most of the wait is getting your photos and wording to me, so send them early and we move faster.
How many changes can I ask for?
Starter includes 1 round of changes and Standard includes 2. A round means you send me everything you want changed at once. If you want more, we can add rounds at a fair price.
Who handles hosting and the domain?
I set it all up for you. The domain is registered in your name, so it is always yours. Hosting for a small business site is usually free or a few dollars a month. I will tell you the exact cost before we start.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the final payment is made, the site and everything in it is yours. No lock in, no hostage situations.
How does payment work?
Half up front to book your spot, half when the site is ready to launch. The price is fixed and agreed in writing before I start, so there are no surprise bills.
