The service
Escourtly lets you record, edit, and share interactive product demos. You keep all rights to the content you record; you grant us the license needed to store, process, and serve it — that’s what the product does.
Your responsibilities
- Only record pages and content you have the right to capture and share.
- Don’t use Escourtly to distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal where you or your viewers are.
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Published demos
Publishing a demo makes it accessible to anyone with the link. Unpublishing or deleting removes public access.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Polar. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to never lose a recording, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
