Navattic vs Guideflow: Enterprise HTML Capture vs Agile Demo Builder

Navattic builds enterprise DOM clones with Salesforce routing. Guideflow offers self-serve HTML/screenshot demo creation with paid plans from $35/mo billed yearly.

Iroro ChadereSeptember 14, 2026

Navattic and Guideflow both capture product flows and turn them into interactive demos, but they sit at opposite ends of the price range. Navattic's paid plans start at $500 a month billed annually. Guideflow's start at $35, and its HTML-capture tier costs about the same as Navattic's entry plan while including twice the seats.

Updated 26 October 2026 with current prices and documentation. Everything below comes from each vendor's pricing pages, product pages and docs. Where they disagree or say nothing, that is stated.

The short version

  • Navattic fits teams that treat demos as part of a sales and marketing engine: unlimited HTML demos, A/B testing, account identification, CRM-connected analytics, a dedicated customer success manager and, higher up, offline demos and audit logs.
  • Guideflow fits teams that want a lower entry price, a free plan with five demos, and a mix of screenshot, video, HTML and sandbox capture, with HTML capture arriving at roughly $499 a month for ten members.

Capture

Navattic's web captures are interactive HTML copies of your app, made through its Chrome extension, including scrolling and hover states. You can capture by clicking through the app or manually, and it recommends 10 to 15 captures for a first demo. Local, staging and logged-in pages can typically be captured, with a warning against capturing sensitive data. Native mobile and desktop apps use media captures instead. Recapturing creates a new version and re-matches your anchors. The docs I read did not describe how images, fonts and CSS are rewritten or how iframes and canvas behave.

Guideflow describes three methods: screen capture (screenshots and video), HTML capture and sandbox capture, which stitches HTML captures into a self-contained environment. Screen and HTML capture can be mixed in one guideflow, which suits flows that cross your product and a third-party tool. On each click, HTML capture saves the HTML and CSS of the screen, and it offers a guided variant, where calls to action steer the viewer, and a sandbox variant for free exploration. The pricing page also lists multi-tab capture, a screen resizer and typing and scrolling animation. I found no documented limits for screenshot or video capture.

Editing and personalisation

Navattic's editor offers text editing, advanced find and replace across text, images or colours, direct HTML editing, hide and blur (up to 30px; the docs warn that blur leaves the underlying content, so delete the element for anything sensitive). A bulk editor converts beacons to triggers or modals to tooltips across many steps. Step types include modal, tooltip, form, embed and video, with input, timer and element triggers, voiceover, avatars and zoom. Variables use {{variable | fallback}}. Translation covers 35 languages on Growth, with capture translation Enterprise-only.

Guideflow's pricing page lists blur for personal data, hide and blur for HTML elements, pan and zoom, hotspot, walkthrough and spotlight steps, find and replace, dynamic variables, presenter notes and three levels of branching. Its docs index adds themes, pop-ups, checklists, video bubbles, version history and an HTML editor. Its AI page describes AI-written callouts, translation in 100+ languages, voiceover in 40+ languages and AI avatars. Many advanced editing features, including text, picture and graph editing, are listed from Startup upward, so Solo users get a simpler editor.

AI

Navattic's Copilot writes titles, tooltips and buttons from your captures using context fields of up to 10,000 characters each. Base adds custom use cases, prompt and review features, premium AI voiceovers and 100 minutes of AI avatars, rising to 300 minutes plus avatar cloning on Growth. Its MCP server uses OAuth for Claude and ChatGPT or access tokens for tools such as Cursor, with scopes from analytics to publishing; the docs say Startup and above while the pricing page lists Base. Navattic Agents is a separate conversational product.

Guideflow's MCP server exposes 80 tools covering creating, publishing, exporting and analytics, with a per-tool setting of always allow, needs approval or blocked. Its pricing page lists the MCP under different tiers in different places, so confirm which plan includes it.

Sharing, leads and analytics

Navattic documents inline, full-page and pop-up embeds, custom domains on Growth and above, a Launchpad product for sales teams, exports to PDF (60 steps) and GIF or MP4 (15 steps), and offline demos on Enterprise. Analytics cover visitors, engagement, identification, CTA clicks, time per session and step drop-off. Account identification, interest areas, A/B testing and pipeline impact start on Base. Integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Segment, Slack, webhooks and, for sales tools, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach and Highspot.

Guideflow offers a public link, an iframe embed, personalised share pages, custom links with UTM parameters, email invitations, password protection, expiry dates and domain-based access, plus MP4, GIF and PDF export. Lead forms are listed from Solo upward. Free-plan analytics last seven days, and paid plans list advanced analytics. Its docs index has pages for Zapier, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Mixpanel and Google Analytics, though the plan for most is unstated; the Slack or Teams channel is on Startup and up.

Teams and security

Navattic's roles are Admin, Builder, Viewer and Launchpad Rep. SSO via WorkOS is on Growth and above, directory sync is listed on Growth and above, and audit logs are on Enterprise. Its security page lists encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 or higher, but the SOC 2 answer did not render when read.

Guideflow states SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA alignment, a DPA and a 99.9% SLA, with SAML SSO on its Enterprise plan. Its Solo plan includes one member plus $35 per extra user, and Startup includes ten members plus $50 per extra. One inconsistency: the pricing table shows one free-plan member while the FAQ says up to three.
